In the study department we manage the publication of building permit in relation with the electro-mechanical studies, from beginning to end with responsibility and always in close cooperation and constant communication with each architect and civil engineer. We recommend the full implementation study, estimate of material quantities for each project separately and detailed description of the use of electro-mechanical materials to be used. In this way we achieve to have a clear picture with all the specification for each construction, so the customer will be able to compare easily similar materials and projects. Also we undertake any kind of electro-mechanical supervision.

Air Conditioning :
Specialized air conditioning solutions.
Calculation of cooling loads by ASHRAE / Carrier.
Select the best air conditioning system in the case considering all aspects: the use of the building, installation costs, operating costs / maintenance.
